Robert Acuna
Co-founder and VP for Research and Development

Robert is one of the co-founders as well as the Vice President for Research and Development (R&D) of IT Group, Inc.  In his role as head of R&D, Robert oversees IT Group’s initiatives in coming up with new and innovative ways of helping our clients make use of Information Technology to improve their business. Prior to starting IT Group, Robert was an MIS Manager at Hexagon Group of Companies, where he was in charge of managing the IT systems of the Philippine conglomerate and where he also served as chief systems architect in the implementation of an enterprise-wide computerized financial management and resource management system. 

All in all, Robert has more than 12 years in the IT industry. His expertise is in system analysis and design, software engineering, and business process reengineering. He has implemented systems for point-of-sale, lending, banking, loan management, production management, scheduling, and financial accounting.

Robert is a Microsoft Certified Professional.  Currently, he is taking his Masters Degree at the Adamson University.
