Jaie Principe 
Customer Support Team Leader

Jaie joined IT Group on June 2006. Her duties as Customer Support Team Leader include managing the IT Group service desk and ensuring the timely resolution of customer support incidents and requests.

Prior to joining IT Group, she had worked as a Project Administrative Assistant for an IT consulting services company where she was responsible for managing support processes related to project management.

Jaie studies Computer Science at the University of Makati. Jaie has also had considerable training in Customer Relationship Management, and Telemarketing Excellence.
