Employee Spotlight: Ailyn Flororita, Junior Consultant

Ailyn exhibits all that we aspire here at IT Group.  She always comes well prepared and is consistently complimented by her co-workers and clients for her work ethic.  Her can-do attitude and willingness to take on additional responsibility when needed is also one of the things that make her stand out. 

As one of IT Group's IT consultants, Ailyn helps clients implement systems to help them manage their sales and operations. She has done work for clients such as Mead Johnson, the Hexagon Group of Companies, Tiara Commercial and others.

"I enjoy meeting all kinds of people and learning new things from them. I also get satisfaction from helping them improve the way they work."

Her favorite part of her job is meeting and chatting with different people especially people who have already distinguished themselves in their career. She enjoys learning new things from the people that she meets. After work, she just stays home to enjoy the company of her family and friends.
