We are looking for Helpdesk Associate (HDA)Date Published: 2010-02-11 01:47:00Responsibilities:
- Provides IT related service to both internal and external clients.
- Receives, log, and dispatch requests and IT related queries from both external and internal clients. Manages requests and queries and performs as per Service Level Agreement
- Delivers configuration changes and system administration.
- Creates access and email accounts and system access for new hires.
- Manages internal servers and systems and coordinates with other teams regarding system maintenance.
Qualifications:
- May be a graduate of any of the following courses: Information and Communications Technology Management, Information Technology, Computer engineering, Computer Science
- Experience as tech support or helpdesk is preferred but not required.Required
Skills:
- Call handling skills, PC troubleshooting, basic networking, Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Must be fluent in English and FilipinoMust be willing to work in Quezon City.
