IT Group Partcipates at Philippine International Expo and Conference Seminars

QUEZON CITY, PHILIPPINES, October 5, 2008. IT Group, Inc., an enabler and partner of businesses for service innovation, is pleased to announce its participation at the recently held Philippine International Expo. Several of its members talked at the conference seminars. The event was held at the Philippine Trade Training Center Roxas Boulevard Pasay City last September 30-October 2 2008.

The Philippine International Expo 2008 is a showcase of the latest business and software solutions available for the Enterprise today. The event was attended by industry leaders from top IT companies. In conjunction with this, there were various IT conference talks that aimed to increase participant’s awareness and exposure to different IT disciplines: Harnessing the Power of Open Source, Telecommunications and VOIP, Data Management and Storage Solutions, Search Engine Optimization, The Internet and Security, IT Security for the Enterprise.

We have presented at the following tracks:

Track 1: Harnessing the Power of Open Source
This track covered different open source software enterprise users can use for their organization. Speakers in this track tackled Business Applications, Systems Development or Programming using Open Source:
